I came into the property space genuinely confused and unsure where to start. I didn’t understand how to find the right deals, how to structure anything, or how to actually get an Airbnb off the ground. Terry changed that completely. He walked me through everything step by step and made the whole process feel clear and manageable. Within just two months, I went from having no direction to securing multiple Airbnbs that now bring in £1.5k–£2k per month each, consistently. His 3 C’s system has been one of the most valuable things I’ve learned it taught me how to organise, streamline, and properly systemise my units. Without that framework, I would have struggled massively. Property Labs didn’t just help me get started; they gave me a structure I can rely on. It’s been a genuinely game‑changing experience.

I’d been working in healthcare and trying to build up my savings slowly. I’d always wanted to invest, but every time I looked into property, it felt overwhelming, too many strategies etc… and no clear idea of where to start. I kept putting it off because I didn’t want to make a mistake with my money. What pushed me to finally look for help was realising that my savings were just sitting there. I was working hard, but my money wasn’t. I knew I needed a better plan, and I wanted someone who could guide me properly instead of me trying to piece things together from YouTube videos. A colleague mentioned Property Lab and how they helped her get her first investment without feeling lost. That gave me the confidence to reach out. Working with Property Lab has honestly changed everything. They broke things down in a way that made sense for me and for the first time I felt like property was actually achievable. Since investing, I’ve seen returns that are significantly better than what my savings were giving me, and it’s been encouraging to see my money finally growing. I feel much more secure about my financial future. I’d happily recommend Property Lab to anyone who wants to start investing but doesn’t know where to begin.

For years, I focused on building my career and assumed leaving my savings in the bank was the safest option. Although I wanted to grow my wealth, I never felt I had the knowledge or confidence to get into property on my own. The biggest obstacle was knowing where to begin. There is so much information online that it became overwhelming, and I was concerned about making an expensive mistake. I wanted a clear strategy and experienced people I could rely on throughout the process. Working with Property Lab gave me exactly that. They took the time to explain everything clearly, kept me informed at every stage, and made what initially felt like a daunting process much more manageable. Since investing, my returns have been around 10% higher than what my savings were earning, and I feel far more confident about my financial future. I'm really pleased I decided to take the leap and would happily recommend Property Lab to anyone looking to build wealth through property.

I was working full-time in a corporate career and had built up some savings, but most of my money was sitting in a traditional savings account because I wasn’t confident enough to invest elsewhere. I knew I wanted my money to work harder, but property investing felt complicated and I didn’t know where to start. I was worried about making costly mistakes, so I wanted guidance from people who had experience and a proven process. Working with Property Labs gave me the confidence to take my first steps into property investment. The team explained everything clearly, supported me throughout the process, and made what initially felt overwhelming much more straightforward. Since investing, I’ve achieved stronger returns than I was seeing from my savings alone, and I now feel far more confident about building long-term wealth through property. I’d definitely recommend Property Labs to anyone looking for expert support when getting started.

I spent quite a while looking into different Airbnb training before joining Property Labs, and I’m really glad I chose Terry. What stood out to me is that he’s genuinely invested in helping people make progress, especially if you’re trying to build something alongside a full-time job. He’s always happy to answer questions, keeps things practical, and explains everything in a way that’s easy to understand. If you’re working a 9-to-5 and want to get into Airbnb without all the fluff, I’d definitely recommend Property Labs.

Using this course and working with Terry allowed me to quit my 9-5 and go full time with my Airbnb business. I would recommend for anyone trying to break onto the property ladder but doesn’t necessarily have the means. WORTH EVERY SINGLE PENNY!
