ADDITIONAL COMMENT: THEY TRIED TO TAKE THIS REVIEW DOWN, MULTIPLE PEOPLE CALLED ME REQUESTING THIS. I am a top performer in my area & wanted to try something new outside of Zillow, well stupid idea. DO NOT go with with company; they will promise your 4-8 leads a month but all are garage. 99% of the leads do not answer & the other 1% of the leads are way outside of your zip code specification. My experience honest & truthful, spend your money on your own lead generation not on these guys. They also will “guarantee” your money back, I cancelled after 3 months and they aren’t doing that as well so wish me luck with pursuing legal action. Hopefully this review helps someone.

Leads were delivered in accordance with your subscription plan, and multiple leads were actively engaged by you, which, under the terms of the agreement, voids refund eligibility. Refunds are only available if specific conditions are met, including non-delivery of leads for three consecutive months and timely reporting of of lead concerns, which were not met in your case. Which is why replacements and refunds were not applicable. While we cannot control customer responsiveness or guarantee conversion, your account was transitioned to our Success Department for additional support and strategy adjustments to optimize outcomes.
