Today, contacted PropertyCashin AKA Real Estate Bees 8/31/2025 and have requested a cash offer for my work/live property in Missouri. My goal is to receive a cash offer and relocate with my daughter to live. The property has been used as my art studio. I currently live in the building and ready to sell and relocate from Missouri within 30 days if SOLD! It's Sunday, waiting to hear from representative.

I want to let others know that Richard and Anthony are honest, upfront and kind people to work with. It’s important to note that I was in the middle of a scary medical issue when I contacted them. I needed someone to take care of everything for me with the sale of A commercial building. They took care of every step and kept me informed all the way. They are very responsive and answer very quickly. But the thing that I will carry with me from my experience in working with Richard and Anthony is the compassion and caring that they showed when I was in a vulnerable time. I won’t forget it. If you are looking for honest, diligent and just plain nice people to work with then look no further. We are in the middle of a second sale right now! I am very grateful that I found them!! You will be too.

PropertyCashin helped me sell my property fast and for a fair price. Anthony Martin personally took the time to contact me every step of the way. Closing was a breeze and received funds within 48 hours. Would highly recommend this company if you need to sell your property.

"My brothers and I were selling our office building in Dallas after the tenant moved out. We had tried to sell it on Loopnet for roughly 6 months before reaching out to Property Cashin. The offer was a little lower than we had hoped for but it was fair given the vacant condition and all cash. I think it closed roughly 30 to 35 days later from when we signed the contract. Overall it was a quick process and very smooth transition. We would definitely recommend Richard and Sam and the Property Cashin team to anyone looking to liquidate their commercial property quickly."
