AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!! Complete scam, they will tell you there are shipping delays but it’s a complete scam. Waited 3 months then requested a refund, they said they processed the refund but I didn’t get it.

DO NOT SPEND MONEY HERE!!!!!! I ordered a webcam on April 3 because of a promise of delivery in 6 days. I would have understood a reasonable delay, given the pandemic. When it finally arrived on JUNE 30 it was a cheap piece of garbage. The image is terrible, and the microphone doesn't work at all. Even if I could live with the low quality image, without a working microphone it is completely useless.

They never deliver the product. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS WEBSITE!

I ordered a product at the start of Covid-19, back in the middle of March. Being that it was from China, i waited patiently for the international mailing and delays. Come June, I notified company of my ridiculously overdue product. I got a generic email reply at the beginning of June, then again on the 22nd with my 2nd complaint. Tracking number is not valid. Please do not order from this company, they will take your money. I wish i checked on this company to save me all the anguish of being sucked into this scam!

I ordered an item that arrived a little over 2 months later with a crushed box and damaged item. I understood that shipping may cause some delays due to the pandemic. And when contacted they requested that I not only upload pictures but also a video. They responded and seemed sincere but it has been 22 days since they last communicated with no resolution. All I get now is automated support bots responding to my emails. I say buyer beware because you are at the mercy of their suppliers, poorly manufactured products and shipping methods.

This is a scam. They have now changed their emails and phone numbers. So I am out the $80 for the thermometer I ordered. Their online store must be shut down. DO NOT GIVE THEM ACCESS TO YOUR ACCOUNT.

I only gave this company 1 star because I had to in order for it to count. Ordered a webcam on April 6th as it said it would take 1-3 weeks to deliver...it's been 10 WEEKS! They supposedly have this amazing standard & guarantee where they are not satisfied unless their customers are 110% happy- ya, I call B.S. I have emailed, telephoned(don't even bother, they just send you back to their email) and tried several times to get answers and track my package with no avail. They instantly take your money but yet NEVER produce any goods. BE VERY AWARE...next stop, Better Business Bureau.

I ordered something for the first time on Propel Gear. I got sucked in by their nice looking website. I bought an infrared touchless thermometer and never received it. I emailed them numerous times and got the same “party line” your your order is on the way. They certainly took my money right away though. They were quick about that! At one point they had an app on their website that you could track your order and that never worked. They have basically just blown me off and I will NEVER ORDER FROM THEM AGAIN! I basically was robbed, Am in process of filing a complaint with my credit card company. They suck.
