This is a Mixed review as it's mostly for their representatives Amara & Raz, although I had to be persistent once I got a hold of them they solved my issues within a couple of hours. For that Reason I give Amara & Raz 4.5 out of 5. Persistent is key. The other reviews and behavior from the CEO banning people for true concerns, genuine questions are sadly true but I believe they can turn the ship around. I'd say documentation is everything, screenshots/screen videos to have a solid case and from there you get the upper leg. Like any new company it does take a minute to get going, I agree thar they offered a product that wasn't available and still isn't for some people while they were taking the sales $.
