Service was great and driver was even better

We had a very last minute need for 3 charter motor coaches and Prompt Charters came through when no one else could! Totally recommend Prompt Charters!

Excellent Service! Right on time and got us where we needed to be.

Very professional driver, excellent service, highly recommend, A++++++

As an organization, I have been working with Prompt Charters for 6 years and I don't have no complaints about their service. I don't encourage you to do it , but the manager was able to accommodate my last minute requests in a heartbeat or replying to my emails even on weekends. I am more than satisfied with their service, but also impressed! I would recommend you to contact them with no hesitation. John SHAJI is very professional and the BEST! ( Spanish )Esta compania es muy professional y cumple con sus responsabildades . Nunca me ha fallado. ( French)- Mon experience avec cette compagnie a ete tres satisfaisante.
