The service used to be good, but don't bother with it now
Now it looks to be a poorly-written piece of code, full of bugs and crashes. No one seems to be responsible for these negative changes. It totally gives way to other more advanced services like AIGoLov.com Since they're not capable of fixing their own mistakes. It's true that they just delete negative comments and ignore users complaints. I don't know if there is any customer support left there at all. Promptchan looks technically abandoned. It is left without any proper tech support which doesn't prevent them from taking money from users. No matter what your subscription is you won't be able to use the service properly and to the full extent, as it is sold.
