It was a very good process. Going into it, I was concerned about getting it all done within the tight timeframe but we finished earlier than I expected. Sam was really great! She helped confirm and reassure many of my ideas. A lot of times, I had a tough time choosing between different versions of what I had written and she helped me feel confident in my essays. I have a tendency to write beyond the word count and I was worried that I would lose a bit of flavor and style, but her feedback on ways to keep the essay within the word limit helped preserve my voice.

The feedback I received was very detailed and it helped me a lot. It really improved my essays. There was only one thing I wanted to change. One time I accidentally sent the wrong file, and I wasn’t able to resubmit it. It would be good to add that option because I had to use the chat function to get it resubmitted.

At first, I thought my essays were sufficient. However, after researching tips endlessly via online articles, videos, and writing more essays, I started to realize my weaknesses. My overall experience with Prompt has been super positive. They've helped me re-organizing my essay in a more correct structure, choosing words that fit better, and they also looked at punctuation and grammar issues. The only issue I had was that, at the moment, you can't talk directly to the person who reviewed your essay, and sometimes that can be a problem because I had questions that only someone who read the essay could answer; the review should come with the contact information of the reviewer.
