I was happy with the service but am not really sure why there needs to be a $20.00 per ticket service and handling fee. That seems a little steep, it is bad enough that I am sitting far away from the stage, but now have additional fees. UGH

I ordered my tickets on Thursday Feb 19th at 0930am. Here it is Feb 21st at 700pm and I am still waiting delivery of my E Tickets that was suppose to be a birthday present for my nephew. His birthday is today and I don't have any tickets to show him just a confirmation that I bought them. Try explaining this to a 8 year old! Don't undestand why I am waiting so long for E Tickets, I should have been able to print them sooner than this! Oh, by the way you took my money on Thursday to purchase the tickets!

I enjoyed the ease of ordering the tickets however I did not enjoy the $55 charge for ordering from this site. I honestly would not use this service again solely on the service fee, I will just go to the box office to get my tickets next time.
