Dodgy business
I purchased a subscription from their website hukmlaquestionbank.com, After reading the information on the company’s website, which clearly stated that subscriptions can be cancelled at any time and that a 14-day money-back guarantee is offered for new subscribers. Based on this, I felt confident proceeding. After two days, I realised I did not have enough time to use the service. During this period, I logged in only once and did not use any of the question bank or learning resources. I contacted customer service within the 14-day period to request a refund. I was then told that the 14-day money-back guarantee applies only to higher-tier plans, and that my monthly plan was excluded. This limitation was not clearly stated at the time of purchase. I was also told that the question bank had been accessed, which is not accurate. I cannot comment on the quality of the content, as I did not use it. However, the lack of transparency and the way this was handled by customer service feels untrustworthy. Based on this experience, I would not recommend taking the risk. They run a few websites with different addresses, but the contact email in the payment gateway is the same, and they seem to be a scam.
