I was given a set of details by Promaxrate to wire Withdrawal fees, my bank looked at the details given and declined to send a wire and informed my to go to the police. I joined the discord on Mike Jones Investing from YouTube and he brought me there. Mike Jones and Promaxrate demanded I pay the fees or no money.

Hi, thank you for your comment. We want to clarify that Promax Trading Limited has no association with "Promaxrate," Discord groups, or any individual named in this review, and we do not request wire transfers for "withdrawal fees" through third parties. We'd also caution readers: reviews that mention unrelated recovery agents or promote contacting a specific individual for "fund recovery" are a common scam tactic and not something we endorse or refer clients to.

Withdraw Problem & Stoploss problem {Many of time (exp: if i set stop loss at 4000 stoploss will hit at 3998 or 10/15dolloar diper) } it's very serious issues

Hi, thank you for sharing this feedback. Stop-loss orders execute at the next available market price once triggered, so during periods of high volatility a small slippage (a few points/dollars beyond your set level) can occur — this is standard across the industry and not a platform error. We provide real-time execution and liquidation to ensure orders are processed as fast as possible under all market conditions.
