As seamless and easy as could be. I was surprised that the shipping charge was higher than I expected but then the product arrived the next day! I called on the phone to ask a question to make sure what I was ordering would do the job I needed done. I was transferred to tech support and the tech answered my call immediately and immediately confirmed that indeed, the part I was ordering would do the job. After it arrived, I installed and it worked just as the tech support tech said. Very professional! Like Jackson Brown said: "Eleven on a scale of ten." ProLighting rocks!

They had everything I wanted and it all came within a few days and the prices were the lowest I could find. I will definitely use ProLighting as a future source.

It was a good experience buying merchandize over internet. Overall I was happy. Shipping and handling cost a lot.

I ordered a single Focus light fixture. The price was the best around as was the shipping cost. It arrived less than a week later in perfect condition. Should my daughter's friend run over any more of my landscape lights I'll know who to order from without searching all over the internet again. Thanks!

Simple, order what we needed, arrived almost the next day it seems, products were as described on their nice photo helpful site [w/zoom which is VERY helpful] as you know there is too many options when dealing with florescent fixtures - {ballast were needed for T'5 -6 bulb fixture, but only the one that controls 4 of the 6 bulbs} the price was comparable and reasonable we felt that nailing the correct items the first time were VERY important - we think this company strives to get it right the first time and avoid the pain in the *$@ of returns. Fast shipping, reasonable prices and the exact item that I was looking for...I'll be back!

Returns were not handled appropriately. One LED did not work and one burned out quickly. I call and was offered two replacements or a credit on my card. I asked for two replacemenst but they were never shipped. I called to follow up but get a "your call cannot go through message".

Haven't yet received the product, so am a bit concerned. Called and found that their limited hours, limit my ability to get in touch with this company. Had e-mail indicating they needed me to contact them about order due to having issues with my credit card, then found that the credit card did get billed, but haven't been able to call due to their 9 AM to 5 PM limited calling time span. They did give an e-mail address and I haven't yet used it. Will do so now.... I work and not easy to find time to call in these limited hours. I like the pricing and if the product is as good as I hope- it appears to be the exact ballast I need for our favorite florescent lighting... I would still state, the small payment and contact issues are well worth the fact they have the product I need. Timing of delivery will pay into my final decision however and it's been over a week since I placed this order...
