Thank you for this Philip! We really appreciate you taking the time to share it. Staying on top of things for our customers is something we try hard to get right, so it's great to hear it came through. Hope we can see you son!

Thanks for the honest feedback Vikki. Each gallon is formulated with a meaningful amount of Delta 9 THC per serving, so the potency should hold up consistently bottle to bottle, but we'd love to understand more about what didn't land for you, was it the strength, how fast it kicked in, or something else? If your experience felt off compared to what's expected, we're happy to look into it and make it right. You can reach us at [email protected] if needed.

Hi Madeline, We're sorry for how this experience went, the unclear tracking and the trouble reaching us before getting a response weren't the standard we want to deliver. We don't have a record of the voicemails on our end, but we're sorry if they went unanswered. For context on the order itself: when you reached out on May 7th requesting a refund, we responded the same day with the option to ship right away or process a full refund. You chose the refund, and we processed it and cancelled the order that same day, that's why it never arrived. Where we fell short was keeping you informed earlier in the process, and that's on us. Hope there is still a possibility we can see you again Proleve Team
