Don't use these people unless you are willing to lose your life!!!
Don't believe the reply pro legal sent. I have proof that they promised me additional funding after a few months from my original loan date knowing I was in a housing crisis solely depending on the promised help. These people are LIARS!!!! This company had helped me previously save my housing with a very small 2500 dollar loan. Was told I could get additional funding in a few months after my case was officially filed. Well it has and I have proven over half a million in losses plus ongoing medical procedures and treatments and pain and suffering and they admitted fault and my attorneys are more than willing to sign after a brief miss understanding and denial for funding from my attorneys but now they are on board and am in the middle of life saving treatment and surgery and attorney willing to sign for a loan and these bastards won't give me any additional funding even after their documented promises to help later. So in summary, I'm barely getting through these surgeries and chemo alone with my service dog and have no other way to pay rent and am being evicted. These low life's are willing to let me die and have no hearts about it whatsoever. My compensation will be well over half of what my am suing for and these bastards screwed me cause nobody wants to lend when you have a previous loan out with another company. So thanks alot for feeding a good man to the wolves. I'm currently writing a newspaper and a couple big social media influencers to help give me a voice cause what they did to me was unfair and they will profit from my death when nobody's there to claim my compensation after the lawsuit is over. Which defendants already admitted fault and have more than the ability to pay. Pro Legal Funding will hurt you when you need help the most and don't care if you are thrown to the streets with nothing while undergoing multiple surgeries and cancer treatment. If I lose my home I will die. And I am losing my housing because of these heartless predators.

Michael, we are truly sorry to hear about the challenges you’re facing and the difficult circumstances surrounding your health and housing. Please know that we genuinely care about your well-being and have done everything within our power to assist you during this very challenging time. When you first came to ProLegal, we were glad to help by providing an initial advance that you shared helped you secure housing during treatment. We understand that you were hoping for additional funds, and we wish we could assist further. However, our company must follow strict ethical and financial guidelines to ensure that every funding decision we make is responsible and in the client’s best long-term interest. We will never over-fund a client, no matter how deserving their situation may be, because doing so could put them in financial jeopardy later in their case. It’s important to clarify that other funding companies are not prohibited from assisting you because of our prior advance. They may tell clients that as an excuse to avoid taking on cases they find too risky. In truth, if another company believed your case qualified for additional funding, they could simply buy out your existing advance with us and issue you new funds — but they have chosen not to. This decision reflects their own underwriting assessment, not a restriction caused by ProLegal. We understand how difficult it is to hear “no” when you’re in a vulnerable situation, and we deeply sympathize with what you’re going through. Please know that our decision was made only after a careful review of your case, and it was guided by fairness, ethics, and our responsibility to protect every client’s financial outcome. We wish you strength, healing, and peace during your treatment and recovery. — The ProLegal Team
