There had been an issue in the shipping…
There had been an issue in the shipping of one of the toys. I really didn't expect anyone to take notice of my complaint, but they did promptly with a quick resolve. Very pleasant to interact with friendly professionals.

Love These Toys
These toys are perfect for my niece and nephew! Age appropriate, keeping little minds active and problem solving, while promoting dexterity and imagination. The Christmas gifts I sent were BIG HITS, not only with the children but with their parents. Toys are well made. Shipping takes a little longer than usual.

Great Customer Service
I entered the wrong delivery address and didn't notice it for over a week. I emailed the company and Amy Davis, Customer Service Representative, was able to contact the carrier and update the address while the package was in transit, arriving in time for the Birthday Party. Thanks so much!

Our great grandchild loved his Montessori musician instruments and microscope.
