I feel this company is a scam _ cannot be contacted except by email. They accepted my order and took my money saying it was ready for dispatch. 9 days later -I get an email to say the product is unavailable and they will refund the money. At time of writing this - the money has not yet appeared in my account. What I’m most upset about (besides the possible loss of money) is the time they took to inform me. This was to be a present for my grand-daughter for Easter and now if I send something - it won’t get there in time. Why can’t these scam companies that hide behind the name of legitimate companies be taken down. VERY disappointed and annoyed

Vorsicht!! Die Spielsachen sind leider sehr minderwertig und schlecht verarbeitet. Auf dem Karton stand ja auch Made in China. Ich bin sehr enttäuscht. Zudem bekam ich nur eine Teillieferung, als ich eine email an die Firma schrieb, dass sie den Rest stornieren können, bekam ich keine Antwort.

Do not buy from this company. The product is not monterisso standard. This is a scam

This is the 3rd time I’ve had an issue with Project Montessori toys. They obviously deal with third party vendors that are mainly produced and shipped from overseas, specifically China. They obviously deal quality of products are fair, but they give you an unrealistic timeline. They say you product will be shipped in 10-12 days or some equivalent and what that means when and if they do ship it, that’s the time of when or if it makes it to the US and get through customs. I will never buy another Montessori product online again. Shop local or do your research into how long before you receive your purchase. They will never give you an accurate timeline.

This is not a Canadian company and the merchandise is sent from China. These are poor quality toys and No where near the quality of Montessori toys I have purchased from Amazon. Received my order in cheap packaging and the boxes all crushed. Had purchased for a gift but looks like old, used toys. Would not recommend.

I’m not sure why I received an email to review an item that I still haven’t received. I’ve sent several emails asking for an update, but I never received a response I placed my order on January 5th and I’m still waiting

This is a total scam shop - they sell further cheap, toxic toys bought off Temu. I wanted to buy hight quality toys for my child and was willing to pay more for the quality, but received mouldy, broken, poor quality plastic toys that smell of toxic plastic.
