I want a full refund. First, it was in a bag and the box was broken. Second, the guitar is misleading advertising; it's not wood at all (it's plastic) and the wrong size the guitar is smaller than my hand ??. If you look at the picture, it's not the same at all. Very bad advertising. It was meant to be a Christmas gift. I am very, very disappointed; both items and the boxes are broken. So I want a refund for the guitar. How do I proceed? Thank you.

Your delivery takes forever. and packaging damaged boxes which makes gifting less attractive. Your prices are so high!!! found same items elsewhere later for much less. Your images make the items look substantial in size. They are so small.

Ordered a ‘ busy book’ for my lovely grandchild. The email confirming the order came quickly and then NOTHING. They say the courier is called “ Yunexpress” and this is the first sign that it is probably shipped from China, IF it exists at all. Had i known this i would never have ordered with this company. They have not responded to my email. I would advise people NOT to use this company. It is a scam and a waste of money. I have nothing to gift for Christmas now. Awful, i feel so bc stupid being scammed as I’m genuinely careful.

I ordered three items from Project Montessori as Christmas gifts for my granddaughter and paid through PayPal. I received the confirmation email quickly, but nowhere was it made clear that the items would be shipped from China. If I had known that, I would never have placed the order. The first part of the order arrived after 10 days, but even that was wrong — Evri delivered a different item than the one I was told to expect, and the driver was confused about the address. The second batch was supposed to arrive a few days later, but the situation only got worse. Evri initially claimed the parcels had been delivered, then later sent another email saying they couldn’t locate the address or the parcels at all. I have emailed Project Montessori multiple times for help, and they have completely ignored every message. Two weeks on, I still have not received the missing items, and Evri has now confirmed the parcels are lost. I am left without the gifts and out of pocket. Overall, extremely poor communication, unreliable shipping, and no customer service whatsoever. I would strongly advise others to avoid Project Montessori Please spend some time, read the reviews before placing any order if you care for your money, time and well-being.

I am so disappointed with the garden toy I ordered. Frankly I could have bought this from a cheap market stall at a fifth of the price. Definitely not worth the money and wished I had done my research into the company first.

I ordered a felt Christmas tree on Nov 7th and still have not received it. I have sent four emails asking for help and several phone calls. I received one reply telling me they would get right back to me but just radio silence. So disappointing. Have asked for a refund to my CC but still no reply.

Very disappointed with quality of the busy book. The letters and numbers arrived screwed up in a ball and needed to be cut out and flattened. The shape and jigsaw pieces also have to be cut out and have numerous very small velcro discs that need to be stuck on. The pictures on the back are quite blurry. I am not confident that the rest of the activities in the book are securely fastened and could present a choking hazard. I doubt I will give it to my granddaughter. Avoid buying *update to this review, although my views on the quality of this product have not changed project montessori have sent a full refund, and their customer service department were very helpful*

Please do not buy the Giraffe Busy Book. My baby had this alone in the car as soon as it arrived, and just an hour after we got home 3 Velcro backs came off as well as a glued on felt part that released 4 beads this morning. Terrifying to think this could have happened in the car and I might not have known my baby was choking.
