The post office failed to deliver my purchase even though the correct address was on the package. I contacted Project Montessori and within the same day Lilly had responded and was working on a solution. When the package was returned to Project Montessori I was contacted by Harper who made all the arrangements to resend my purchase and correct the error made by the post office. It’s so nice to see a business correct a government error with speed, efficiency and no finger pointing. Maybe USPS should take note of how to care about people. Thank you Lilly and thank you Harper!!!! You rock.

I ordered the potty chair for my granddaughter. The tracking information I was sent was not accurate so I wrote to Projectmontessori and Harper answered me right away with the correct tracking link. I would order from them again!

I’ve ordered several products for my granddaughter from Project Montessori and have been pleased with everything. Delivery has been prompt and the quality is excellent. I had difficulty using a discount code, but I contacted customer service and Emily credited my account immediately. Customer service is excellent and I will order from them again.

Harper at Montessori was helpful in getting a partial refund on my order that unfortunately will be undeliverable to my old address. It had shipped by the time I caught that somehow my old address was listed. I realize it was my fault for the address error but the was very nice in checking if it had shipped and could get it changed. Finally offering a 50 % refund helps on the order that is lost. Apparently it won't be sent back to them either. Thanks Harper for helping as best you could and answering my questions.

I recently had an issue with a product not being delivered. Harper from Project Montessori was angel. She asked me questions about the delivery and when the item still wasn’t delivered she has a new one sent. I acknowledged to her that I finally received the second one that was sent. Harper could not have helped me more! Definite angel!!

Unfortunately, the order I received was wrong, and not what I ordered. I contacted customer service and Harper was amazing and gave me a full refund right away. The process of contacting her and getting the help I needed was very easy.
