Customer Service was excellent! I had a very positive experience when I reached out to this company with questions about my purchases, shipping updates, etc. Responses were prompt, courteous, helpful, and from a real human being! Wonderful, responsive customer service! We were concerned about a delivery delay, but the representative kept a check on things and stayed in touch with us, and our order arrived right on time for our granddaughter’s birthday! We’re so thankful to find this store!

We received our order of 11 instruments My little 6 month granddaughter was immediately engaged My son is a musician He loved playing with her picking up all the different instruments totally engaging her with each sound She will certainly grow into enjoying all them, especially when she’s sharing it all with her musical daddy!

Their customer service is over the top! I ordered a toy for my 7 month old grandson. It broke 3 weeks after Christmas. They’re sending me a replacement!!

I have ordered several items for my grandchildren from Montessori over the last couple of years and have always been delighted with them. I’ve had several repeat orders of the 3D sticker puzzles - which my grandchildren are obsessed with, and just sent some of those plus a Giraffe busy book to my grandchildren in Australia. The items I’ve bought are not cheap, but you get what you pay for and the quality is excellent. The staff have always been helpful and resounded quickly when u e needed any help and so I highly recommend!
