Madeleine
Seems cheaply made. Instructions are not the same as the pieces received.

It was not what I expected. Very small and underwhelming

The books shipped and arrived on time. Wish I had realized that they had to be assembled. The Velcro dots are too small to make these books practical and manageable for younger toddlers and the pieces fall off inside the book. You have to keep them in the box in order to not lose the parts. I wish I had only bought one not four. Project Montessori has offered a partial refund. I will use that to buy bigger dots and make the books more accessible for a young toddler. Appreciate their response.

Hi Pamela, Thank you for your feedback — we’re sorry the books didn’t meet your expectations. They’re designed as DIY sensory kits (this is noted on our website), but we understand it may not have been clear at checkout. We’ve just emailed you so we can help. Warm regards, Project Montessori

I needed more Velcro stickers but customer service said they couldn’t send any. Disappointed in product.

Hi there, Thank you for your feedback — we’re really sorry to hear you were disappointed. We completely understand how frustrating it can be when something feels incomplete. 😔 Because the Velcro stickers are very lightweight and not packaged for individual sale, we’re unfortunately unable to send them separately. We know that’s not ideal, and we truly appreciate you bringing this to our attention. Your feedback helps us improve, and we’ve shared it with our team for future consideration. If there’s anything else we can assist with, please don’t hesitate to reach out. Kind regards, Project Montessori

I ordered 2 toys from Project Montessori before I read the poor Trust Pilot reviews - and was sure that I had made a terrible mistake. However - the goods arrived today (3+ weeks later) and the quality seems OK to be honest. The tracking was from China - the toys are for my Grandson so I will be interested in seeing what he thinks when I next see him!

These goods are shipped from China and not USA as advertised. I cancelled payment on my order when I couldn’t track it and after reading reviews on this site. Customer service did eventually respond and provide a valid tracking number. The goods arrived as advertised. I am happy with the quality. They also gifted me the goods when I explained why I cancelled order.

UPDATE I contacted customer service and posted a review on the 19th October expressing my dissatisfaction with their poor service, lack of communication and very slow delivery. Persistence paid off and my order arrived in good condition today (23rd October - nearly one month after placing the order) and I’m pleased with the overall quality of the product. Better communication, clear updates and tracking plus speedier delivery would improve the company’s reputation.

I ordered an item in mid-January but it never arrived. I reached out to the company two times, using the “contact” table on the website which promises a response in 24 hours. No one answered me. The third time I tried a link on an email I received promoting the company and received an answer indicating my product was “lost in transit” and they immediately sent a refund to my credit card which has been received. After reading other review, i realize my experience is not unique. No item received but at least i got my money back.
