Poor communication
Order number #63184 Ordered a toy for my nephew as a Christmas present, was told delivery would be within 3-5 days. It did not arrive on time and emails requesting a delivery date were ignored. As of yet the order still has not even been despatched. I have since emailed asking to cancel and fully refund my order.
