I did not receive the flashcards I ordered

UPDATE - the company did provide a refund and the issue was resolved quickly. They shared that "While we are based in New York, some of our products ship directly from our international warehouses in order to offer a wider range and better pricing." Website says they're based in Great Neck, NY but some items ship from China. I only purchased from this company because I thought it was US based and products would ship and arrive quickly. Currently waiting for a refund.

Ordered the creative board. Website said located in the United States, but it actually came from China, which took forever. The wood box is cheaply made. Glad I got it on sale, because it was definitely not worth the original price. Would not buy from them again.

Ich hatte also beide Artikel gekauf. Sehr Trickreich um nicht zu sagen frech !

I just placed an order and there is incorrect information regarding the address and I need to speak to someone immediately. I cannot find a customer service number and the one I did find does not work. I’ve emailed several times with no call back. I want the order and I have paid for this order, but I need to speak to someone immediately. Someone from this, please give me a number that I can reach a live person now. Thank you now that I look at trust pilot I’m a little worried about the reviews so I just need you to call me back now.

Got the felt Christmas tree and the shape box. Shape box is very small and flimsy. The top doesn't stay on when turned over. Really disappointed. The Christmas trees are basic. I could have bought flet and made these myself. Again disappointed. Took a bit to come, so will keep as to be honest, I can't be bothered with the hassle of returning, but won't buy from this company again

Took ages to come, was supposed to be a Christmas present now have to find something suitable. Says its a baby pram toy. Came in a battered box, cheap and nasty would not give to a 10 year old let alone a baby. Box says not suitable for under 3. Absolutely gutted I did not check here first . This is NOT montessori standard we thought we were buying from a reputable montessori site. . This is going for a refund but I wont hold my breath. Do not buy from here Update: Full refund given, good communication from them. So they have redeemed themselves. Daughters toy arrived, not montessori but fairly good quality, only issue is that its for under 3 and has small parts but otherwise good quality

I should've checked here first and then I would've been warned! They were posted from China despite being advertised as an American company which I dislike because it poses a question about quality anyway, and they were packaged in just a thin bag, so the boxes were bent and busted. The items themselves are not great quality and distinctly unimpressive. Overall - don't bother purchasing from this site.
