I ordered a birthday gift for a friend’s child with 6-14 day shipping on March 15. It is now April 5, well past the child’s birthday, and I am still waiting. There is also a “shipped from US” banner at the top of their website which is a lie, as the package is coming from China. Definitely will not be ordering from Project Montessori again.

I would give this 0 stars if I could. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. I purchased two toys from the collection via instagram. I ordered the ‘funny puller’ and a shape sorter for my one year old granddaughter. Both advertised as for 0-1 year olds. Stamped visibly on the puller is that the toy ‘is not suitable for under 18 months old’. The shape sorter is of a shockingly poor quality as is the puller. Both are made in China. It makes me wonder if they have anything to do with the actual Montessori programme and I will be contacting them for clarification. They are using a name that has a very high reputation for educational excellence. There is no information on how to get refund and there was nothing inside the package to indicate where to return, or indeed any kind of invoice of what was spent. Shockingly poor. I have posted on their Instagram page and on Trust Pilot, to warn other prospective buyers.

I was assured a refund for a product that was in my basket by accident. I was not given it. The product I received and originally ordered was bad quality.

Never received item. Sent email to inquire but no real response about what happened to my order. Only that "Harper" would check into it. I also came to realize that the company is indeed bogus. DO NOT ORDER THROUGH THIS COMPANY!! YOU WILL LOSE YOUR MONEY@

UPDATE: I went to the local post office and found that the package was indeed delivered to my next door neighbor. My neighbor did have the package but had no idea who it came from or was for because Project Montessori not only put the wrong address but also addressed the package to “Current Location” and my neighbor had no idea who it was for. So I finally have my three items and was sick when I saw them. So cheaply made, not as colorful as the pictures, and impossible to read the instructions as they are in Chinese. I could have bought something better at Five Below! Beware of this company!! I still have had no response from my emails either. Edited Again: I did finally hear from the company after a few days and was given a full refund. I was very appreciative for the refund but will never order from this company again. None of the toys that I ordered looked like the pictures, the box not only had the wrong address on it, it also did not have my name on it, and the odor was horrible. However their customer service was polite and did respond to my request. I ordered items for my grandchildren in January. I was sent a tracking number and discovered the items were coming from China, I was lead to believe this company was an American company. According to the tracking number the items were delivered to my front porch by my mail carrier. They never were and my Ring Video shows that the mail carrier never got out of his van. I have emailed the company several times and have not received a reply. I guess I’m out almost $100.

I thought I was buying from the authentic Montessori. This purchase definitely is not authentic. It took 8 days to arrive. This item is poor quality, with poor packaging. I will not be purchasing anything else from them.

Same as others rewiewers: order lost in transit (in China!), slow communication, money still not refund. Please don’t trust this people, such a disappointment especially in Christmas time!

I ordered a package late November, but until beginning of January I did not get it. The company, after I contacted them, offered a new order or refund. Since they were not able to specify delivery time I gave up and asked for refund. Do not waste your time for them.
