Company claims that products are made in the USA. The three items I purchased were shipped from China.

We were given the popular baby UFO pull toy for Christmas. I asked for it to be purchased from project Montessori, feeling it would be safer than Amazon/temu. The site appeared reputable. The toy has now been recalled because of safety issues. I emailed and asked if there's was made in the same place/had the same issues and received no response. It's now been removed from their UK site but not their US one. To my knowledge they haven't made buyers of the toy aware or issued refunds. Avoid.

Only good thing I can say about this company is that they refunded my money. I purchased wooden blocks which were badly painted but biggest concern was that they had no safety certification. This is despite claims to the contrary on the website. After a couple of emails I was refunded my money and told to keep the product. The blocks will not be used as I have real concerns over materials used.

The children’s blocks we received did not look like what was advertised. We complained, were asked to send photos, sent the photos, got no reaction, sent the complaint and photos again, no reaction. We wrote again and said we do not want the product and demanded a refund. If they do not make the refund we will pursue it through our credit card.

Das Material des gelieferten Produktes entspricht nicht der Montessori Philosophie (nachhaltig, natürlich...), obwohl dies auf den Internetseiten angegeben wird. Eine Rückgabe war bisher nicht möglich, wir erhielten lediglich eine Mail mit einer dummen Antwort. Ferner erhalten wir laufend Spam-SMS mit vermeintlichen Rabatten, die zu einem weiteren Kauf locken sollen. Die Rabatte werden nie realisiert.

If I could give this company 0 stars, I would. They ARE NOT ABLE TO PROVIDE DELIVERIES in the time that they state, this is a deliberate lie. You try to track your order, only to find that it will not arrive for another two months from China. I will be lodging a complaint to consumer affairs for their false advertising, and deliberately misleading customers.

I recently ordered. I am very very disappointed because they Specifically advertise on the top of the website “Ships from USA”. Well, I just went into my tracking they sent to me and it is in China (being shipped from China). Completely blatant deceitfullness! We are very specific about product material when it comes to the kids, I cannot even trust what the company says about the product for obvious reasons. Very very disappointed in the deception and misrepresentation of the company. I wish I had landed on trust pilot prior to purchasing.

Ich wollte eine Bestellung aufgeben und hatte kaum meine Daten eingegeben, ohne die Bestellung abzuschießen, schon kam eine SMS (!) mit dubiosen Rabatten an. Das fand ich verdächtig und habe mich gegen die Bestellung entschieden. Seitdem bekomme ich TÄGLICH eine SMS und zusätzlich noch Emails, ich soll doch meine Bestellung abschließen oder einen Rabatt nutzen. Sehr sehr unseriös!!
