I ordered items from this company and they have not arrived. I will try and get a refund. I think the answer is don’t order from a company you see on instagram. I will try and get a refund through my credit card. I would recommend avoiding this company

Like other unfortunate customers I too have been scammed by this company. The product I thought I was ordering, which was a sorting cube, was a cheap knock off from what was advertised. The site asking price was originally $109.89 reduced to $39.99 and even that was too expensive for what I received. I should’ve done some further investigation on the company prior to placing my order. I have emailed the company with photos of the product to show the difference just in case they to are unaware of what is being delivered. However I will not be purchasing from this site again.

Fake! „Unternehmen“ sitzt im „Koreanischen Viertel“ in NY. Versand wurde von dort bestätigt. Tracking Nr kannte der angebliche Transporteur auch nach Wochen nicht. Sendung nie angekommen. Achtung Betrug!!!

This is a fraudulent company , the toys I ordered and received were cheap badly made and dangerous , they are NOT Montessori toys . Do not use or waste your money , customer service is non existent !

I agree, very poor quality, made in China. When I looked at the refund policy "no refund on sale items" which probably includes everything since they snag you in with discounts. Do not buy from this company!

Do NOT order from this company!! The overcharged me for my toy I purchased and then the toy they sent me was not even the toy I purchased. What I recieved was a cheap knockoff that looks nothing like what I wanted or ordered. I contacted them before they shipped my order on the overcharge and they told me they could not canceled because it was shipped.. not true. They told me they would give me 50% back… and did not happen and now, two weeks later I receive a junk toy in the mail. Absolutely a fraudulent company. I wish I could post a picture of what they sent me versus what I purchased. Can you please explain why you would send a completely different (cheap) toy which is not the one I Ordered.

I saw this Montessori activity book advertised on instagram and decided to purchase it. It looked really nice! Nice quality. Unfortunately when I received the book not only was it not at all like the one advertised but I had to put the book together! It wasn’t cheap either. I thought that by spending the $38/$39 that I’d be getting a quality book. It’s totally ridiculous! I have no idea how to get in contact with these people. They included no information with the small box the book came in. Can someone help me with contact information. I would be very grateful. I did contact my credit card company to dispute the charge.

I ordered an item for my niece's birthday and the product was not shipped until 13 calendar days after the order was placed. (I still have to wait for the actual delivery). They provide an option for "priority processing" - which I unwittingly paid for - but I do not understand what the purpose of that was? I am very disappointed in the customer experience and would recommend NOT purchasing from this site.
