Unlike some customers I did actually receive my order. I ordered 2 items. One item was not what I ordered and the other one was a busy board just wrapped in bubble wrap. No original box, instructions or safety marking. These items are both overpriced tat! As other people have said I am also getting nowhere in being able to return them. Not answering any messages. The website makes you think they are UK based but as soon as I got the tracking it is obvious that they are coming from China. I do not feel that one item is safe to give to my grandson and I think I might report to trading standards. PLEASE AVOID THIS COMPANY!

Similar to other reviewers I am highly disappointed. As mentioned, they are based in China despite trying to make it appear that they are a genuine UK company with the. Co.uk website, and the welcome to the family email from "Sophie". I believed that they were montessori. I ordered 3 Christmas presents for my 4 year old son, and a birthday present for one of his friends. Ordered 9th December and still no sign of them. Tracking states they left the airport in HK on the evening of 17th, so if they were flying to the UK then they would be here the next morning. Royal mail onward tracking still saying they are waiting for it. Very unlikely that they will arrive for Christmas now so what do you do? Shell out more money on last minute things on amazon si your child isn't disappointed on Christmas day? Shouldn't be allowed to trade without full disclosure of origin.

Ordered a fort building kit as an xmas present…Product arrived 2 weeks later and was completely different to the one I ordered. Different box, which was damaged, and the product its self was of very poor quality. Save your money and buy elsewhere…wish I’d read all of these bad reviews before purchasing! I have emailed the company and awaiting a response…In the meantime I need to source a different xmas present!

This is a scam site. I ordered a box of sensory toys for under 12 months supposedly half price at £35!! They are tiny compared to the image and the quality is terrible there is no way I will give these to my son they are a chocking hazard. I have contacted their customer support three times for a refund and they have ignored me completely. They must pay Google to appear at the top of the search results. Absolutely shocking do not buy from them. Dangerous products and customer service is non existent. My next step is to contact Trading Standards UK and also my credit card company and flood social media with bad (but honest and factual) reviews in the hope that no one else gets scammed. With money so short for many people it’s so unfair that this company can get away with scamming people and supplying dangerous products for children. And their response below is laughable….depsite the apologetic tone they’re still ignoring me. Please, please don’t be ripped off like I have been.

I ordered 3 toys from what I thought was a legitimate company based in New York. While tracking it, I noticed it was coming from China. Upon receipt, I realized the toys were cheaply constructed imitations of Montessori authentic products and not appropriate for the ages of my grandchildren. I called, emailed, and submitted my return request to the company, but they have not yet provided me with return information. Instead, they have offered to refund 50%. The website states that returns can be made.

If I could give zero stars I would. I ordered an item from them and what arrived is not what was advertised. They are false advertising, the item pieces are significantly smaller than they look in the image, the colour way is completely different and the quality is awful. I imagine the reviews are fake too! I have messaged to ask for a refund and not heard anything back. Considering they know people are buying for Christmas I think this is appalling.

SHIPS FROM CHINA. Not a US company. Also, ordered a wooden utensil kit for my kid’s play kitchen. Only half of the kit is actually wooden? The saucers and cups feel like they are melamine. I went out of my way to specifically find a wooden set bc my child sucks on EVERYTHING and didn’t want toxic melamine/plastic dishes.

I made an order and no confirmation email or tracking information has been sent. The money has been taken out of my account. Multiple emails and messages with no response. It says on their page to send an email to customers(at)projectmontessori.com but they do not respond to your emails.
