I signed up for the free trial for the business version, which was advertised as $25/month per user. I was one user as I was trying it out for a company I’m contracted with. When I didn’t cancel the free trial within the given timeframe, I found my account was charged for $375. When I complained and tried to get my money back, they explained that I was charged for 15 licensees, even though I was only one user. They said it was “not their policy” to give refunds. I have tried calling them several times and also emailed to get this matter resolved, and they are suspiciously non-communicative. I think it’s one guy in the US office and the rest is smoke and mirrors. Stay away.

Do not sign up for “free trial”. There is no option to cancel on your own online. You will have to deal with talking to useless people and will be charged a ridiculous $75 for a product you have not used. Stay away.

Their own documentation specifically shows there was 3 uses during the free trial, then no use for two months until I noticed they were charging me $264.39 per month. I went online to try and cancel the account but in the end had to call in to cancel. I have never received any receipts from Project Manager for either of the transactions they processed through my credit card. I only found out after seeing it on my bill after 2 billings. I've only every received 1 email from project manager and that was on the days I signed up for the free trial and a reply to my support request cancelling the account. Hiding a clause in the fine print of an agreement the company knows full well most people don't read all the way through in any kind of thorough manner. They can full well see I have not used their product, outside of the free trial, yet they still feel the need to rip off their clients. To add to that they felt it was ok to charge me for 10 Users who, not one of them, ever used the system as stated on the evidence they provided my credit card company. I may have been playing around in their free trial period with several users but to charge me for 10 Users is ridiculous. I did try to have them understand my point of view and was replied with the standard "you should have read all of our fine print" A grand total of $526.78 on something that I never used........guess ProjectManager.com needed my money more than I did.

Easy to Use and intuitive. It's straightforward and user friendly. The switch from MS Project was seamless.

Awesome company -- not only is their project management software excellent, but they also have loads of free resources on their website to help project managers. Also, NASA uses this software, what more do you need to know!?

Absolutely worst company ever!! Charged crazy amount of 75$ for a month ( such price dont even exist on they pricing list) when I forgot to cancel the trial. Refused to refund and being absolute ignorant customer service. Never would I ever use them again!! Avoid!

I trial'd a number of project management services and this one stood-out as the very WORST by far when it came to billing and customer appreciation. No notification of payment after trial. Even in their terms they spell out they will charge you even if you do not use their service at all. That should immediately tell you they have NO appreciation of customers and ARE NOT interested in actually providing a value to their customers (suckers).
