Took money unauthorized. No reply to emails. SCAM.

BEWARE ProjectManager.com is a SCAM!!! They run a completely unethical company. Hiding monthly fees and falsely disclose monthly subscription fees. I signed up for a $15 per month subscription only to find out that a charge of $584 (AUS) has been deducted out of my bank account. When I emailed them directly, I was told it’s in their terms and conditions and they couldn’t refund the money. I implore anyone who is seeking a project management tool to steer well clear of this company. There are more ETHICAL businesses operating who can provide a much better service. Absolutely appalled. ProjectManager.com. YOU ARE A FRAUD!!!

The tools that are presented and that are available in the emails and portal are useful and allow us to improve the tools that we have in companies that we use for small and / or short-term projects. In my case, I would appreciate guidelines for scaling those tools to larger projects. It can also be very useful to have a section of lessons learned in the application of the tools that the portal suggests.

Horrible customer service!! I called to cancel the subscription, they apparently do not answer the phone and guarantee a return call in one business day. No so much the case!!! I have been out sick with the virus going around for the last 3 weeks and have not touched their software as I found it overly involved for what my company needed. I explained all this and only response was about their policy! Do not use!! What a scam!!

I had a very frustrating experience with ProjectManager.com where they have charged $375 for a trial without notifying me and also they were not ready to have a phone conversation. In their website it was told that “We'll email you a reminder 7 days before the end of your trial.” and also that I can cancel my subscription anytime. Neither I have received a welcome email nor a reminder email before the trial ended. When I realised that money has been taken from my account, I have tried calling the number given in the website, but nobody was picking. Then I had to write an email explaining the situation and requesting a call back or the right number to call them. Pathetically they don’t have customer support over phone and they wrote to me this: “We do ask that all billing related inquires be submitted via email.” I had also requested them to at least to change my plan to “Personal” and charge less ($75) for my trial and to give me back $300. Even they were not ready for that! So I request whoever read this, be cautious of loosing your money without having actually getting the service worth it.

Project manager.com is a powerful platform or site, which helps managers to run projects effectively, efficiently and successfully. It’s a very good and simple tool that helps students that wants to write PMP Exams. Very summarized and articulated which makes it more easier to grasp the concepts. Unfair, Scam Minded Company Preying on those making evaluation decisions. I really wanted to like the product and company, it looks a good blend of traditional Gantt PM and agile depending on your style and process. That’s where it ends, basic in all its forms but where it really falls down is resourcing, it just doesn’t work, very inflexible and poorly implemented. Worst of all if you forget to cancel the trial you’re charged for everything, I lost over £700 on personal card just to test a few users all linked to my email I was the only user. Yes it states it in the T&Cs but come on how does a company like this expect to operate with principle like this. Having contacted a representative to go through the features and see how far we could use the product, it should have been a normal sales cycle, no follow up from sales whilst in the trial just a money scavenging mechanism. Beware and do not use the trial service!

Their whole business model must rely on getting you to use a credit card for the free trial since they do not allow refunds or prorated refunds when their automatic enroll starts at the end of the trial. Who else is so desperate to take anyones money. I dont even think I tried the software for more than a day. Go to Team Gantt or any other software instead, even its on principle alone.
