I ordered 2 pieces of jewelry at projectisr. On the website, it was not written, that these pieces need to be produced first - production time was 4 weeks :( I only get an information, when I was asking the customer support, that they still need time (never said, how much time would be needed). Finally the products were shipped, despite the company stating being in NYC, the shipment came from Shenzhen (China). All in all it took almost 8 weeks to be delivered!!! The pieces look nice tho.

[ORIGINAL - 1 Star] I bought two shirts from this brand. My order got delivered on the 29th of June and both shirts arrived unfolded and wrinkled. The package design looked nice but it looked as though everything was thrown in together and tossed around a bunch of times during transportation. Measurements were off by a couple of cm and had various defects; one shirt had a tag sown in by the neckline improperly whilst the other had stains from the inside. I contacted customer service for a refund and allow me to return the items. For some reason, by the time they received the shirts they spent the time to point out the defects as if I caused them. However I was given a partial refund for the first shirt but they sent me back the second shirt, unfolded once again. DO NOT buy from this retailer because they clearly lack quality control and are only in it for the money. [EDIT - 8/8/24 - 3 Stars] - I was given a refund for the other shirt. It only took a few days to go through, which is great. I was also told that efforts to improve quality control would be made, but I'll wait a bit longer so that they have time to commit to what they claimed. If I ever decide to return, I'll update this review again that reflects the quality of the service.
