Seeing some people mention the shipping from China, this is because outsourcing fulfillment centers is much cheaper to do than using ones in the united states and it a way to get around import fees. Many brands do this and I have done this. Also worth noting Projectisr is not a manufacturer. The website acts as a hub to promote designers and their collections. So any products you may receive may vary in quality depending on collection.
