Outstanding customer service and they actually listened. I had an issue with my recent order from PROJECTISR. I received the wrong denim shirt, and the jeans I received were extremely loose around the waist and much longer than expected, despite ordering the correct size. Since I’m based in Qatar, returning the jeans internationally would have been quite difficult and expensive. I contacted PROJECTISR support, explained the situation, and they were willing to work with me rather than simply dismissing the issue. They offered to send the correct denim shirt in my requested size and discussed options for the jeans. Eventually, they accepted my suggestion of having the jeans professionally tailored locally and agreed to compensate the tailoring cost through a PROJECTISR gift card. I appreciate that their support team listened and found a practical solution, especially considering the difficulties with international returns. There were definitely issues with the order and sizing, but the way PROJECTISR handled the problem and worked toward a reasonable solution deserves credit. Hopefully, the replacement shirt and tailored jeans turn out perfectly. So far, I’m happy with how their customer service has handled the situation.

Fast replie and fast shipping super helpful and high quality clothes

I love ProjectISR and probably about 55% of my wardrobe is from them. It's impossible in the USA to find interesting male silhouettes with high quality that isn't expensive like Balenciaga. Pretty much every time I go out in my outfits from them I get compliments on my style. The clothing is pretty high quality, especially the hardware. The zippers, buttons, chains etc are all obviously factory custom and very thick and anodized and the fabric is really heavy and drapes very, very well. There are special touches all around. If you want to explore grungy tech wear looks or need something way higher quality than Zara, but you don't have Rick Owens or Gareth Pugh money, this is your place. It helps that they use good stylists for the photos because it makes it easy to get a sense on how you should work with the garments. Returns and shipping are pretty seamless -- they're coming from China though so you won't get them as fast as Amazon. If you can't get a flight out to Seoul or Tokyo this is honestly the next best thing. China is the next fast-rising fashion powerhouse and it's cool to get in with these indie fashion designers before they go big. I once had a less-than-amazing experience with returns during a special clearance and the co-founder reached out to me directly to make it right, which I thought was pretty incredible.

I’ve purchased 3 items from them over the years. Very unique pieces. The quality has always been good. The prices are a bit steep but justified by the uniqueness. Customer service hasn’t ever been an issue. I will buy from them in the future if they have something else that catches my eye.

I rarely write reviews for anything, but this is one of the few clothing brands that I buy consistently from. I've probably made 5 or 6 large orders from them and I've never been disappointed so far; it always fits me accordingly, the shipping is fast once it gets through customs, and the clothing and jewelry always arrive in good condition. Definitely recommend this org to all my friends.

Items received from them were just as described and very fashionable! Customer support was very responsive when it came to getting in touch for any refunds/exchanges. I'll definitely be ordering more from them in the future!

Project ISR is on of the few companies where you can get super unique, high quality fashion pieces from up and coming designers for a fraction of high-end luxury brands. All the stuff I’ve ordered and received is very high quality, as described and premium gas! Will be ordering more in the future
