my order not here yet and I ordered it from may!

It took a while and I gad to pay extra for import fees unfortunately. The necklaces are cute. Not sure how long the color will stay and how the quality is i the long run, i just got them. Also, and I know it’s just a cute gimmick but you’re “adopting” a bee per necklace right… why did i only get 1 bee “adoption” with my two necklaces order? However the sentiment is cute. I did it mostly for the bees anyway. 🐝

Great service, love the product! Hello there, First of all, the delivery took quite a bit. Therefore I can understand that some people may be angry about delays. However, I recently received my shipping and it is an absolutely adorable necklace for my GF as well the customer service was great, always received answers in time and they even sent a replacement right away once the first order did not make any progress and seemed to have been stuck. Thanks again! Will definitely consider it again! :)

Absolutely horrible experience ordering from ProjectHoneyBee. Ordered a necklace at the start of May, as I was getting a birthday gift for my partner's sister - the necklace has still yet to arrive. Obviously I had emailed and explained that the necklace was running late and I was growing concerned. Was told to wait a little longer - which I did. Fast forward to two months later and several more, admittedly increasingly frustrated, emails between myself and the customer service team and the necklace is still a no show - I have asked for a refund and the utter reluctance and lack of any attempt to rectify the situation is utterly shocking. Not recommended and I sincerely hope no one else has to go through the frustration and upset. I feel like I have been given the runaround by this company when I had originally been so polite and patient until things have progressed to this stage. Not worth the hassle.

The order of mine was supposed to arrive today, but it hasn't yet. Since it hasn't moved for 15 days now on the UPS tracking site, I asked for more information about its current location... they just answered it's late... I would greatly appreciate if they would just look into it, WHERE IT IS. (Writing from Hungary.) Update: It was expected on the 23rd of June. It actually arrived on the 6th of July.

I ordered the bee necklace, it turned up and was lovely. 3 days wearing it, all of the gold colour had rubbed off, it is now all silver. I contacted you to explain, my email was passed to another team, and i never heard back. i contacted you again, you said it was being dealt with. i contacted you again asking what i should be expecting to happen, you said you would send a replacement. I contacted you again saying no replacement has arrived, you said it must have gotten lost in the post, you will send another... it has been months now and i still dont have a replacement, and i have absolutely no faith that you will ever send one. Poor product quality and abysmal communication and customer care.

The website experience was good, hence the two stars. Ordering was easy and I’ve received updates about my adopted bee. BUT the earrings came with no protection and were completely wrecked when I received them. They were sent in only a padded envelope and a little baggy. One earring had the post completely broken off and the other was extremely bent. I HIGHLY recommend just ordering the necklace if you want a usable item once it arrives.
