In an ever growing world where everyone is in too much of a hurry and have forgotten about where their food, plants and flowers come from. The oversight of the little things that hold thee entire world in balance are slipping away. It is so nice to know that project honey bees is looking out for the little guy and making sure that their place in this fast paced world will be secured! My order number: ORDER #PHB87868 I have ordered numerous items from this company in October 2022. I still have not received my package. At first they would reply to my complaints, but lately they just remain quiet. I have numerous communications to them and fro from them with NO LUCK. No package, no refund. Just silence, BUT they received my money immediately!!! Will never trust this company again. And I am telling my story to anyone who would listen.

Hi J! We would love to learn more about your order, sometimes packages get lost, and you should have received a tracking number. Let us know more info about your order and we will investigate for you! We could offer you a refund or a resend :) UPDATE: We found your order! It seems like this one was made to South Africa. We unfortunately don't have the best track record with South African orders, and though they usually get delivered, they may take much much longer than usual :( We are more than happy to give you a refund instead, and if the package appears, you can keep the items :)

I purchased this as a gift and am very disappointed that the person I gave it to is unable to be the person who adopts the bees. Poor design in how that process is so limited. Very nice idea, but disappointing.
