Delayed shipping
Website was super informative and I thought adopting the hive and naming the queen was super cute and fun. My biggest complaint is I was told shipping would take 3-5 days but instead it took about two weeks for me to get my items, not a big deal just wouldn't recommend ordering if you need your purchase within the expected shipping time frame. Other than that I adore my necklaces, absolute great quality and super duper cute! I recommend purchasing from here and helping the bees! 🐝

Perfect Gift for my gardening Daughter

Still haven't gotten my order
Still haven't gotten my order. Was told by project honey bee customer service The day it was supposedly delivered on May 6th to my mailbox, which it was not, that I would have to contact USPS to handle it. Update: This item was supposed to be a Mother's Day present. Obviously that didn't happen USPS didn't need anything from me. And they didn't do anything about my package. Contacted PHB, was told they would send a replacement and I would get tracking info when it was sent. Never received tracking info. Star rating will be left at 1

Hey TT! I just checked on your order and it looks like it's been delivered successfully, please contact us if that's not the case and we will issue you a resend! According to the tracking number: Your item was delivered in or at the mailbox at 10:35 am on May 6, 2023 in O FALLON, MO 63368. Update: Yes, often times USPS requires some customers to provide extra instructions to deliver the package. However, since this was marked as delivered, we will issue you a resend of this package! We are sorry for the inconvenience. I hope you will reconsider your review once we ship you a new product :)

My necklace is adorable and goes with everything I wear! This company is important to me because my grandfather was a beekeeper! I loved being able to adopt and name my queen bee! Rewarding experience!

I got a bee and named her Marigold
I got a bee and named her Marigold. I didn't really care about the necklace. But Marigold is a beautiful, strong, resilient bee. I love her. The necklace came and it's absolutely beautiful.
