My first order got lost in the mail but Project Honeybee’s customer service is wonderful! They sent me a replacement bracelet that arrived promptly, and I adore it! It has a high quality feel and looks beautiful. Also, the fact that it goes towards saving bees? Bonus. Highly recommend.

I was very excited to receive the honeybee earrings. When I open the package, one of the earring part that is inserted in the ear was bent!! Can't return now the Birthday is tomorrow. Very disappointed it happen, it should had been inside a small box not a paper bag.

I didn’t see an option to write a note so I emailed customer service and they added the note to my order. It arrived exactly when it was estimated. My daughter was surprised and loves it!!
