They tell you to stop making payments, but your debt will add up and up. They do not update you and communication towards you feels very poor, but when it's time to get your approval on a settlement, they want you to respond ASAP. I was asking questions and it felt like it took too long for comfort to get the answers I wanted when they should've been answered immediately, almost like they were trying to come up with something and the answers were very bland. The very first person I talked to to get an account set up and get the ball rolling was telling me how they work with these companies that I was in debt with and how they usually get the debt 50% settled.. don't trust those words. That 50% doesn't apply to everyone, and good luck getting to that too. I would really do your research, ask questions, and really think about whether this 'company' is worth it. I'm not really happy with my outcome, but I'm already signed into it. I wouldn't do this to myself again whenever I get out of it...
