Another Scam by ProgressiveUX.com After a dispute over the company owing me money, ProgressiveUX.com not only tried to remove my review from Trustpilot but also created a fake email demanding $2,500 USD to “bring my website up to date.” When I refused, they took down my website, leaving me without access. This is just another shady tactic from this company. Previously, I had already lost $5,000 USD after hiring them for three websites and an inventory program. They only partially completed two websites (85%), worth $1300 each, while the inventory program (worth $5,000) was never delivered. After numerous attempts to reach them, they ceased all communication and abandoned the project, forcing me to hire another firm to complete the work. When I requested the completion of the agreed work, they claimed the price was too low—despite having already taken my money. Upon mentioning legal action, their response was, “You’re most welcome to afford one if you can, which can stand against our legal department.” Their tactics—false claims, and website takedowns—are nothing short of fraudulent. Avoid ProgressiveUX.com at all costs.

They are scammers!! They said they would design my website, took a down payment and disappeared when I asked for my money back. Their so called expert they assigned me with was more interested in lying to me and getting me to spend more money rather than doing his job.

Review: Progressive UX is a Complete Scam Beware of Progressive UX—this company is an absolute scam. My husband worked with Zayne, who personally promised that he would see results and assured him a minimum return of $3,500. Zayne even said he doesn't usually make guarantees, but he was confident in this case. Fast forward over a year, and my husband hasn't seen a single cent from their so-called services. Not only has there been zero return, but the customer service has been an absolute nightmare. They've passed him around to different representatives, none of whom are responsive. Every time he reaches out for help or to request the refund Zayne promised due to poor results, he's shuffled between scripted, AI-like customer service reps who offer no solutions and refuse to escalate the matter. Despite being promised a refund, he has never received one. To make matters worse, Progressive UX doesn't even have a Google page, which is another red flag. It’s clear they're trying to avoid any accountability. Do yourself a favor and stay far away from this company—they're a complete scam!

I regret to inform you that my experience with progressiveux.com and David brown has been extremely disappointing. After depositing $5,000 USD for 3 websites and an inventory program services, the company only did 2 websites ( 85% finished ) which were $300 each, the program was $5000, had to hire different firm to finish the job ( till this day no reply sep 13,2024) and then the company ceased all communication, leaving the project unfinished and me without any recourse. I strongly advise against working with them, as their lack of professionalism and trustworthiness have resulted in a significant loss of time and money. Following our discussion regarding the completion of the three websites and software projects as per our agreed-upon price, I must express my disappointment with your response, stating that the price was too cheap. As a client, it is imperative that we adhere to the terms initially negotiated. After requesting the completion of three websites and software projects at the agreed-upon price, the company responded by deeming the price too low. Upon mentioning the possibility of involving a lawyer, their response was, “You’re most welcome to afford one if you can, which can stand against our legal department.”

Dear Mr. Kakkar, We understand your frustration and apologize if the communication regarding your project hasn't been ideal. We take all client concerns seriously and want to address your feedback directly. We're happy to see the two websites are live and functioning as intended. 1. https://arjunhomes.ca/ 2. https://ruup.ca/ The ERP management system is also complete and ready for deployment on your server, once we receive the necessary details. We understand there may have been some confusion about the project scope. As per our contract, the agreement included developing three websites and one ERP system. We've delivered two websites and completed the ERP system. For the remaining website, we haven't yet received the required information from you to proceed. We're happy to assist as soon as you provide these details. Our standard practice is to invoice for completed work. We understand you may have had different expectations based on the initial agreement. Let's discuss the remaining balance and explore options that are fair for both parties. We're committed to completing your project as per the contract and exceeding your expectations. We'd appreciate the opportunity to schedule a call to address any outstanding questions or concerns you may have. Please feel free to reach out to us directly at (408) 516-1973 or [email protected]. Sincerely, The ProgressiveUX Team
