I was once a senior top review critic with many thousands of people reading my reviews from all over the world. That was until I read 6 out of every 10 reviews are FAKE. I did some research on this subject and discovered it's a massive lucrative industry worth millions of pounds. There are such a thing as trained professional reviews who write very convincing reviews influenceding you to buy what ever products you are thinking of buying. My advise if your is Look at at least 4/5 review platforms. I personally use Trustpilot as a rough guide but they are not 100% trustworthy but as a reasonable guide. The more reaserch you can look into the better. Which consumer magazine are good but some of there advise is suspect. It's your call. It's your money. Lastly The more reaserch & time you can devote to reaserching the better.

Lots of frames to choose from but more importantly they handle prescriptions beyond +/- 10.00 where more other online stores do not. I pay a lot of money from my eye doctor for glasses, then found I could get the same at progressiveglasses.com for 1/3 the cost and with transition so I got a pair to use as sunglasses. When inside I can't tell the difference when switching between them, but outside these darken. The only minor issue I have is they take quite a while to change unlike a brand name transition lens I had in the past.

The service I received was useless ans quite disappointing aa a first time customer trying to navigate an online purchase. Baaed on this experience I do not recommend ordering with this company nor will I order frames again here or online. Great inconvenience to return and dismisive customer service. Ive reveived better service at a Walmart eye center and thats saying alot.

the quality of the glasses was outstanding. When they didn't fit my face quite the way I desired, returning them was easy and staff was very helpful. Will buy here again.

Can't get anyone on the phone, glasses were wrong after explaining what I needed written and to someone who must've accidentally picked up the phone after calling for days to insure glasses would come out right. Only they got right was my refund.

Are these reviews made up? I received mine today and they are cheap tacky flimsy frames with useless lens! They are rubbish...do not do not buy these another web scam my fault.. I did research read reviews but the reading glasses you buy for 2 pound in home bargains are better people! Steer clear
