This review in Consumer Affairs based on my own experiences !! Once Progressive gets your auto accident photos they ignore claim, emails and voicemails to their Progressive claims adjuster as a tactic to delay, confuse and not pay victim for damages and deductible. Progressive Auto Insurance is in bed with my insurance GEICO in collusion to avoid lawyer fees and court action without paying to settle auto accident claim. Date of Loss is 08 27 2021 and today is 11 17 2021 with my vehicle not inspected, not repaired nor claim paid despite 45 day limit in California to settle claim. Best advice is sue both insurance and at fault party who hit my parked vehicle at a supermarket parking lot in Merced, CA.

UPDATE: I'm writing a new reveiw plus I changed the rating, Ive included my old review below. Sept 1st 2022,will mark 5 years that I've been a progressive customer. Found out I was lied to by 2 agents regarding my premium when I become a diamond level. I was told my 6 month premium would decrease once I hit 5 years. I had an accident 2 years ago that shouldn't of been my fault and I was told it would drop off after 2 years. Found out this morning, that it's 3 years and my loyalty means nothing. You would think that they would take care of their loyal customers but in the end it always comes down to money & screw everything else. Come my new renewal in 2023, I will be looking for a new insurance company with a lower rate since loyalty means nothing. I won't stay loyal to a company when they don't validate it plus keep raising my rates when I've only had one accident that shouldn't of been marked as my fault. Since they don't care about my loyalty, soon they won't have my loyalty or my money. OLD REVIEW I've been a Progressive customer for almost 5 years. Like with any company there will always be issues that arrise but Progressive has had my back since first signing up. Rates are reasonable, customer service is amazing and the few times I've had to file a claim over the years they've always had my back, looked out for me and always did all they could to make the claim as easy on me as the customer as possible. I trust Progressive which for me trust is very sacred, I don't trust many people/businesses now a days however Progressive is one of the few companies I trust to have my back and look out for me as their customer.

BEWARE!!!!!!!!!! BAD FAITH!!!!! PROGRESSIVE IS UNETHICAL!!!!!!!! * My son got hit by Progressive's insured customers *He was stationary in a parking lot, and honked as Progressive customer backed up * Progressive insured apologized upon backing into my son's car * My insurance company investigated location, the damage (how/where/way) on car, interviews with drivers and found Progressive driver 100% at fault **** Progressive agent with no reason, evident or proof is saying that my son is "40% liable". AFTER THREE MONTHS *Bad Faith!!! Insurance - I believe Progressive is taking advantage of their big company position, and playing games. This happened in MAY!!! BEWARE of Progressive and their lack of Integrity!!!

I had gone online to get a bundle insurance with progressive insurance. Progressive offered me a discount on a bundle package for $130. Monthly premium for 6months, Turn out it was a scam to take my money. I gave a down payment of $161.00 on July 1st and when they send my written contract is only for the Auto liability insurance only. That was not what I had signed for, I canceled 0n July 4, 2022,now they want to hold my funds for 14 days. My account #959454757. I believe progressive insurance is a scam, because they are charging me for 2 days and will not give me full refund. Progressive insurance does not give you what you sign up for, they give what they want to give you, and to me that is a scam.

I was hit by a driver in 4 car accident . The driver at fault had progressive insurance…….It was 11 days before I heard from a claims adjuster!…….She said “ I was sick and then I had to go out of town.”…! I complained to her supervisor who defended her and said that they did not have enough adjusters to handle the caseload!………I use State Farm . Their coverage and service is top notch in every way. Immediate response, car repaired with all new parts and quality of work was better than new.

My son Renewal for 2022 is through the roof! My son has very good credit therefore it enable him to get a very good interest rate. His car payments were very low for a 2019 fusion. Progressive renewal payments almost double his car note. The commercial they portray on television or social media is not how they treat their customers. We been with them for a yr and that increase is outrageous. In my opinion this is evidence of price gouging! Insurance profits it need of reform!
