ProgradReviews of prograd.app

They stall to pay and then ghost you. I earned about $200, and got only $17 after much hassle. I tried to get out another $35, and they deleted some of my games, stopped tracking all the others, and put me on a manual review supposed to take 7 days. It’s been 3 weeks now and no word. Definitely a huge waste of time!

Same as most people. I have$462.30 frozen for unspecified violation. The rewards were approved so cashouts should have no issues. Had 3 successful cashouts, then starts the rejections and ignored appeals. Frozen account after a month of waiting for manual review. Emails to 2 separate addresses ignored. Just requested a SAR report they are required by their own governing laws to fulfill by 30 days, including what the violation is. Heavy fines if they don't. Another month of waiting ahead. Hopefully they don't drag it out that long and just do what is right. There needs to stricter monitoring of these apps and a change of language in the terms and conditions cited in them, protecting players rights from violations of the app itself. AI responses should be banned and all requests and complaints handled by humans in a appropriate time. 7 days should mean 7 days. Business days mean nothing to the players, because we don't only play on business days. Sorry about rambling. Have alot of thoughts and opinions.

Scam, stay away! As other reviews have said, all seems ok to begin with. Play the games, earn the rewards but when it comes to cashing out there’s nothing. The claim gets rejected time after time. Reported to Report Fraud and Trading Standards.

I did everything by the book and legitimately. The first time I tried to cash out I got an email saying because of potention fraud being detected they could not process it, but to try again if this was a mistake. So I wrote an email to them asking how I could help them verify me and ensure no fraud was present and resubmitted my withdrawl. Well, today, (over a week later) I got an email saying that I somehow violated terms, but they couldn't say which and my account would be deactivated. What a waste of time. Don't do it!

Prograd froze my account for no reason. They let you play but once you try to cash out they will freeze your account. They say because "violation" of their terms and service. They tell everyone the same thing. The first two times they rejected my payout and on the third time they froze my account. If I violated their terms and service. They would have froze my account the first time I tried to cash out

Freezes account for no reason and stop payout. Had £125 money in the account and can’t withdraw. Scam company

Customer service takes forever to respond and then only gives canned responses saying that my payout is being reviewed and I'm "in good hands." My payout request has been rejected every single time with no explanation (5 times), despite my multiple attempts to contact them over email and through the app. This has been going on for over two months now, and they have yet to respond to my email after directing me to email them. They owe me $185.50 in earned rewards.
