I wound up not being able to use their service since we couldn't get our timezones aligned but I was very impressed with the owners response and manner in which he resolved this. Trustworthy.

They promise fast service and they deliver fast service. Awesome all round.

I have worked in data security in my past, and was concerned that this service may not be all it was promised.... Wow! Was I wrong! This was as easy and quick as everyone has stated in their reviews. While messaging on the website, I made payment, continued communications, downloaded a couple items, and 5 minutes later, my brick of an S8+ was transformed into a brand-new working phone! Don't waste another minute trying to find a YouTube video that will help you deal with this issue. Just buy the service, spend the 5 minutes, and move on with your life. : ) A+++ Thank you so much Progeeks!
