I used Profit whales for 4 months, not recommend
I used Profit whales for 4 months, not satisfied with the service at all. There is NO customer service, every time I created tickets or try to find anybody on chat they just never reply or reply to me after 5-10 days with a very short not helpful, and not resolving message. PPC automate optimization services are NOT working properly. So I was just waiting and keep giving a chance to PW if it gonna start to optimize or if anybody gonna answers my issues or tickets. My subscription started at $100 and then rose to $249, do not worth it at all. not recommend

Abusive Customer Service
Shortly after complaining about the customer service, or lack thereof, I started getting spammed by 'Mark' from Profit Whale. (If that's even his real name). Mark would spam me at different time of the day, every few hours, calling me names. Goes to show what kind of company they run to let this 'Mark' guy run around abusing customers.

Mark is working as a software support assistant and you can always contact him when you will need any introduction to the software or any help with PPC. First two mo with profit whales
We have been working with profit whales for a couple months now . Our store threepigsflying is just becoming profitable and out of the red.Mark has been reducing our Acos significantly.mark particularly has been a great help to our online store. I am pleased with the results and guidance mark at profit whales provides our team . We are adding more products to the ZERO TO HERO PPC . We are very pleased with the results 2 mo in . Thank you for assisting us with this incredibly difficult task of of being competitive on amazon .

I never understood Amazon Advertising
I never understood Amazon Advertising, it's very confusing. I turned to Profit Whales for help with my ads and am glad I did. I have been so happy with the first three products they are helping me with I plan to have them work on more of my products in the future. My sales have gone up, including organic sales. They are quick to reply and explain changes they are making. I wish I had went with them sooner.

Highly Recommend - Great team / Amazing results
It was a new company for me... We have started form audit and detailed analysis of our niche. We spent some time to remake and prepare all needed campaigns. After the first 3 weeks, we have launched additional campaigns as SB / SD. We were impressed that our PPC campaigns could work so well. They have improved all our metrics and thanks to software+human control we start focusing on our business.

Great product
Great product. The automation features saves me a ton of time on PPC. I like the daily change log so that I can see the updates and keep an eye on the AI.

Great consultation in regards PPC and organic sales
The guys from Profit Whales are real professionals in regards not only to PPC optimization but also in the field of Amazon itself. I had a great free consultation that helped me better to understand the following aspects: - interconnection between organic sales and PPC; - optimization of the listings; - right choice of the product; - launch of the new product; - the best time for PPC launching and why sometimes PPC shouldn't start and some other various aspects. I could felt solid practical experience from their representative Vitaliy and can honehstly say that they do not only intend for their business expansion but at first care about their customers providing valuable support.
