Proficiently.com are definitely worth it! For entry-level applicants that may not have much experience with applications and interviews, they do a lot to indirectly show you what application documents ought to look like and that in itself is praise-worthy. It's important to have your say on the documents that you receive for your job applications. The company employs AI in its work, so the onus is on the service user to add a touch of personality to the documents. The coaches are very understanding and they're receptive of feedback that they receive from service users. Proficiently.com is far from perfect, but that's only natural. This is a subjective observation: They may be inundated with queries and tasks - even with the use of AI. In my experience, there were times that they either couldn't get back to me promptly, e.g. for interview preparation, or messages that (probably) went unnoticed. As text-only service, they may or may not be what you may be looking for in terms of interview practice. Even with these things said, I'd still recommend the service to others, as what they do well far outweighs anything they may need improvement on. Again the onus is on the service user to be proactive with job application processes. Pleasant experience, overall!
