We are deeply dissatisfied due to yet another unauthorized charge on our credit card. We canceled the renewal of our subscription already in 2024, directly after we got our membership. In 2025, the subscription got renewed and our credit card was charged once again. After many emails, we received a refund. In 2026, we were charged once more – completely unauthorized(!!!) This despite the fact that we have already canceled our subscription twice. And have not logged in to the account for the last two years! we are quite dissatisfied and, frankly, angry. We demand an immediate refund of a total of CHF 185 / USD 237 and a confirmed cancellation no later than June 15th, 2026. order number: 169240

I have recently purchased one of their courses with promises that "Once you purchase this course, you can sign in and download all videos and assets." After 7 days, I got an email stating that my rental over the course has expired. The course also disappeared from my library. I tried to reach them through email but no response. I still have 2 more courses in my library from the past but never was able to download. I DO NOT recommend buying from them anymore. They must have been good in the beginning, but this site is almost like a phantom website.

I wish I could give this company a minus as they are taking customers' money and not providing the goods. They are also not replying to any emails or messages being sent. I am looking into where they can be reported to. DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THEM.

I recently purchased a course from this website, and I must say, it was one of the most disappointing experiences I’ve had online. Despite the website looking professional and promising, the course was poorly structured and lacked the value I expected. If you’re considering purchasing from them, I highly recommend thinking twice. Don’t be fooled by the beautiful website—your money would be better spent elsewhere. Unfortunately, I can’t recommend this course to anyone

Ordered a product, but I can´t download it because the webside can't recognise my e-mail. I have contacted support-team several times over several days, but they don´t answer. But they have no problem taken my money.

Je suis abonnée à PRO EDU depuis 2 ans. L'année dernière, je ne pouvais pas accéder aux cours malgré mon paiement. Le problème a été résolu par un employé du site. Cette année même problème... je peux me connecter mais je n'ai pas accès au cours. Personne ne résoud mon problème. Ils répondent à mes mails en m'envoyant un code qui me permet seulement d'avoir accès à mon espace facturation ! Site à fuir.

I have been trying to cancel subscription for an extended period but customer service will not respond to my request for cancellation. Beware of the this company. Check their Facebook and you will see that this is a common thing.

I purchased a 1 year subscription. Before my year was up I went to cancel the membership before it renewed. Turns out the ONLY way to cancel is to send and email at least 30 days!!!! before it renews. I have sent multiple emails to the supposed email to cancel and have not got a reply. My account auto renewed even though I emailed before my subscription renewed and to date I've not got a reply. There is no other way to cancel the membership or contact the company except for the emails which they don't reply to.
