Awful platform targeting photographers but teaching CGI. Support is non existent, to the point if feels like a scam platform. Stay away from this! Edit: the reply to this review is full of lies. Nothing of it has ever happened. That’s crazy.

Hi Marco, I'm sorry that you feel this way still. To recap, you were removed from the private Facebook Community for consistently breaking the rules, and you were warned several times and given feedback on what A.) Was allowed and B.) What sort of language is offensive to others. First, you used the Facebook Community group to promote your own new business and were attempting to get other photographers in the group to sign up for a free account to test new software coming out for photographers. This post was removed, and you were given feedback about not posting links to products or services outside of the group. While we appreciate a useful review for a product or service, the Facebook community is for publishing your work and getting feedback from the community so that others may learn how to get better. After telling you this, you then admitted that it was your company and you still wanted us to promote it to get feedback on the new product. The product sounds great; however, we don't use the group to promote services or people's businesses. It's just for posting work. After this incident and many times after that, your feedback to others was considered rude and offensive by many, and regularly reported to the admins. We don't tolerate comments that make fun of others and their work lightly, and it's simply not acceptable. You claimed it was sarcastic, but this was the 3rd time in several weeks that your comments about others' work were offensive. Joking around about someone else's work and their Photoshop or Photography abilities doesn't create a safe environment and encourages others to post their work. We do appreciate your support in being a subscriber for one year, and we are sorry that you weren't able to re-subscribe as you said you stated. We did agree to give you a free year of tutorials if you wanted to exchange for a few blog write-ups and posts about your work. And yes, we do indeed teach CGI now, but most of our content is around photography; even CGI is catered towards photographers. As we mentioned in the initial feedback, your removal from the Facebook group wasn't permanent but for three months to ensure that rude and hateful comments weren't continued and people weren't leaving because they felt threatened. Since we've talked with you personally many times over the last years, you know who to contact should you want to restart your account. Apologies on the delay in getting back to you, we don't have a TrustPilot account so we were unaware that this was even posted until we saw it today.
