ProdvigateReviews of prodvigate.com

Fantastic service! Royd was incredibly helpful, patient, and supportive throughout the process. He answered all my questions and made sure I understood everything clearly. I truly appreciate the great communication and assistance. Highly recommend Prodvigate!

I’m completely new to promotions, so I decided to give Prodvigate a try and consulted with Royd to figure out the best type of promotion for my channel. He was incredibly thorough, detailed, and patient, answering what felt like a dozen (or more!) questions without a hint of judgment. He took the time to explain everything to me, which I really appreciated. This is my first campaign, and it’s only just started, so I’m not sure how it will go yet. However, this review is all about Royd and the fantastic customer service he provided at Prodvigate. I’ll update this comment later to add a review of the campaign results, but I just wanted to say that the start of my journey with this company has been absolutely awesome. Thanks, Royd! 😊

Amazing customer service! Also, I have gotten results on my channel!! Highly recommend.

What made this experience great is five star communication from the entire team. Also, you hear back from someone fast. In the days of waning customer service, this place is five star all the way.

They do exactly what they tell you they are going to do. They answer any and every question you have. Any concerns during the campaign that are not addressed during the initial contact are immediately escalated and the follow up is within 15 to 30 minutes after to offer resolution. Additionally, at anytime I wish, I am able to stop and restart service with no problems. Even if it has been months between campaigns. Extremely impressed! Thank you Alexandra for your help today!
