Good results
It’s great that you can spread the cost of your campaign on several videos of your choice or the entire channel as apposed to one campaign per video. The results have been a lot better than expected. Gaining more subscribers and loads of views.

Good service
Yes. It was a good service. I got views and exposure. I tried a few other services in past which turned out to be fake but these seem to be views from real people so its great.

It did not help a lot when it comes to subscribers
It did help me with the number of views but not with the number of my subscribers. This is my 4th week promotion and I think I only got lessthan 15 subs in total. I understand that this is beyond their control but I’m starting to doubt now if promotion here is an effective way to be seen qnd get subscribers. I also thinknthat 48 hours to include your new content to run on promotion is too long especially when the promotion only runs for a week or less.

Hello, and thank you very much for your feedback. By the default you are seeing the stats for the last 7 days in your Prodvigate account. Please select the dates or just click "This month" to see the actual stats of your promotion campaign. The numbers will be much better. And about the review process. Sorry, but we really can not influence the Google review process. Usually it takes several hours, but sometimes it can take up to 48 hours for the new videos to start receiving views. We are looking forward to promoting more of your videos. Please feel free to contact our support if you have any questions. We are always there to help you.

1/ some videos stay on review for 3 days , i had to contact support for it to accelerate it , it shoudl be automatiq . Its just a waste of time or money . If u have the means to accelerate ,it shoudl be automatiq. 2/ im not reaching the 3k6 quaota promised for 50 dollars per 5 days , i get around 3k only , and the supporttold be because i customize the viewers countries. If so , u should make quota anticipation better , one for automated viewers and one for cutomized. It should just be accurate.

Hello, and thank you for promoting your YouTube channel with us. We value your feedback. 1. As you know, we promote videos with Google Ads only. All videos must pass the Google review process. There are two types of reviews: automatic and manual. If your video doesn't pass the automatic review, we send it to be manually reviewed. We can't accelerate the review process because Google employees are doing it. We can only increase the chances of passing the review by doing everything right. We will add more notifications to our system to keep you updated on the state of the review process. 2. Views from some countries are more expensive than others. That's why the number of views will be different if you change your targeting settings. It works the opposite way too. If you change the targeting settings to the cheaper countries during your promotion, you will get more views. We will check how we display those changes in our system. We will try to make this process more precise. We are looking forward to promoting more of your videos.
