What you're describing is our system asking a few qualifying questions upfront to avoid sending you to a survey that could disqualify you much later- we know it can still feel like wasted effort when it doesn't work out, and improving that experience is something we're actively working on. My recommendation is to focus on the Quick Surveys section until you hit your first cashout- by that point your profile will have built up enough that the surveys you see will be a much better fit for you. Thank you for the feedback. We hear you on the product testing expectation- we recently updated our website and marketing to more accurately reflect what we offer. There are some older blog mentions and third party references to our site that haven't been updated yet and we're actively working through those. Product review opportunities do exist on our platform, though they're mixed in among a broader set of research studies and come with the same qualifying process, so the experience can feel more survey-focused than the name suggests. On the reviews- we invite all members to share their honest experience, positive or negative, which is exactly what Trustpilot encourages. We don't pay for or incentivize reviews, and we'd welcome any member with a genuine experience to share it. We're a small US-based team working hard to improve the platform and appreciate honest feedback even when it's critical.

Thank you for the honest feedback and for the kind words about what we're building. The "Survey Ended" issue is something we're actively working on- surveys can close when researchers hit their response quota and our platform doesn't always reflect that in real time. We're improving how quickly our inventory updates so members see accurate availability. We appreciate your patience while we get there.

We recently updated our website to better reflect what we offer- paid research studies including product reviews, which are mixed in among a broader set of surveys and come with the same qualifying process. We hear you on the name creating a different expectation and appreciate the candor. On the survey qualification- getting screened out early is frustrating and it's our number one piece of member feedback right now. We're a small US-based team actively working on improving our targeting so members spend less time on surveys they won't qualify for. We appreciate you giving us a shot and hope the experience improves.
