My school makes us play this. At first it was GREAT but then i ran out of magicoin and now i'm softlocked till i pay. Even in school mode this game says "Do you want more stuff? PAY IN HOME MODE!" (pay was spelled right btw) At first i thought of corse kids who hate math wont hate the teacher they hate Prodigy. if you are thinking of making your kids play this get redey for weeping and yelling. Oh yea! I HATE the addapting questions it forces you to get stuff wrong. I'm in 6th grade and its giving me 9th grade stuff so now i have to use google making EVERYTHING WORSE. Hey guys, I'm back. This is a couple days after I wrote this review, and I recently discovered that Arcadia doesn't cost money. So I decided to play it because I like slither IO and I need to do my minutes, then I decide to do the slither OI copy, and then when I won battle royal mode this loud loud loud bell went off trying to congratulate me for what I did. And because I have been exhibiting signs of ADHD, loud noises panic me and I have a master volume of 50%, a Chrome volume of 10%. If you do the math that's 20 times quieter than it should have been. Imagine a kid in a classroom with ADHD, hearing an extremely loud sound times 5 all because they won out a video game, and then they get blamed, because schools hate blaming what they use

Prodigy Has became Pay to play, you cant go three meter without being reminded of your lesser status

New merge rank requirements i usually enjoy prodigy but the knew merge rank requirements are just stupid.losing the most powerful abilities off my mythical epics is NOT COOL. 560 magicoin for 1 merge rank is just...🤮 please lower it to like 75-100 magicoin (even as a plus member, 560 is just extortionate)

Back in 2015, Prodigy used to actually be good. Now it's devolved into a pay to win cashgrab that shoves its membership subscription down people's throats, even moreso now that they've started putting ads for their membership in the game. They're also now forcing players to pay a premium currency in order to rescue or evolve pets. Prodigy has become incredibly greedy over the years. Just stay away.

The old prodigy was so much better, but now the appearance in horrible, all of my progress was wiped, it seems like they want you to subscribe more than actually worrying on making it actually engaging, bring the old prodigy back.

My son selected grade 1 as his grade rather than grade 3 and in order to override this, we need to pay for a membership. I contacted the Prodigy support about this issue and they did outline a way to start another account and they will do something on the backend to honour his progress in the game with the new account. I'm giving a one start review because requiring a membership to change a grade level when the accounts are made and the game is played by children with varying levels of reading comprehension feels like a predatory business practice.

Forcing 5 year olds to pay money in a MATH game should be a crime, and the fact the make this game so pay to play ruins the whole point of learning, every 20 seconds your getting hit by a paywall, like why is there a limit on catching pets and where you can go. Also the questions are so easy a 2 year old could do the max this is just a pointless cash grab.
