Unfortunately, at that time there was a temporary technical issue with the form, which appears to have caused confusion and led to your immediate refund request. As communicated via email, we did agree to process your refund in accordance with our internal refund procedure. This process requires a short verification and processing period, which was already initiated from our side. However, before the process could be completed, you raised a dispute with the bank and a negative review was posted here, which paused the standard refund workflow. We remain willing to resolve this matter professionally and encourage you to contact our billing team directly so the refund can be finalized through the appropriate channel once the dispute is cleared.
